For our client Siemens Energy, a leading global player in the energy sector, we are now looking for an SQA - Nonconformance Management & Supplier Quality for an assignment at their site in Finspång. Thanks to high-tech and innovative product development, the company is an established partner in the energy sector, delivering advanced and sustainable solutions for the current and future needs of the market. Through this assignment, you will have the opportunity to work in an international and forward-thinking environment with many development opportunities. This is initially a consulting assignment for 12 months via Unik Resurs, with a very good chance of extension. We apply continuous selection, which means that the assignment may be filled before the application deadline.

Responsibilities and Duties

As part of our quality team, you will work closely with both internal teams and our suppliers to ensure stable and sustainable quality flows. You will lead and coordinate nonconformance management with high precision, ensure that the right actions are taken, and follow up to ensure that improvements have a real impact. Here you will use your analytical skills to identify patterns, track trends, and drive improvements that strengthen both processes and supplier collaborations. The role suits you who want to influence, develop, and make a difference – not just follow routines.

In the role, you will:

Lead and coordinate nonconformance management throughout the process – from registration to implementation and follow-up.
Ensure that suppliers conduct correct root cause analyses (RCA) and that actions prevent recurring errors.
Analyze statistics and trends to verify the effect of actions and detect recurring patterns.
Prepare documentation and reports for meetings such as Supplier Performance Review and NCC Q-gate.
Drive continuous improvements through process development and contribute to supplier development within your area of responsibility.

Your Profile

Experience from production, logistics, purchasing, quality, or similar areas.
Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Ability to create trusting relationships and communicate clearly with various stakeholders.
A structured and analytical work style, as well as a strong drive to achieve set goals.
Good understanding of material flows, inventory management, and quality-controlled processes.
Experience with SAP is an advantage.
